At Mock Exchange, all our products are digital and are delivered electronically. As such, we do not ship any physical goods. Below is our policy regarding the delivery of digital products.

1. Digital Product Delivery

  • Instant Download: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email containing the download link(s) for the digital products you have purchased. This email is typically sent immediately after the payment is processed. Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is accurate, as this is where the download link(s) will be sent.
  • Download Access: Your download link(s) will be accessible through the email you receive. We recommend downloading your files immediately and storing them securely. The download link(s) may expire after a certain period, so it is essential to save your files as soon as possible.

2. No Physical Shipping

  • No Physical Goods: Since our products are digital mockups, there are no physical items to be shipped. All products are delivered electronically, and no shipping fees or physical shipping methods apply.

3. Delivery Issues

  • Non-Receipt of Digital Products: If you do not receive your download link(s) within a reasonable time after your purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at hello@mockexchange.co for assistance.
